One regional firm was dividing its effort across several websites.

The offices served the same regional market, but their websites were being developed separately. Each needed content and links. The main website received about 200 organic visits a month; the others received almost none. The firm was already spending on acquisition through local advertising, radio, television, and referrals.

Consolidation gave the firm one website to develop. Dedicated location pages represented the actual offices and connected visitors to the relevant Google Business Profiles. Content and link acquisition could now strengthen that regional site instead of being spread across several small domains.

The profiles needed an ongoing review and response process.

Google Business Profiles already existed. Several fields were incomplete, and useful information and answers to common questions were missing. I completed and improved the profiles, then added semi-regular posting, responses to feedback, and monitoring.

The firm had good ratings but few reviews. One negative review could move the average substantially. A review-request program made collecting feedback part of the ongoing work, alongside responding to the feedback already there.

Content had to support the right matters and survive firm review.

Personal-injury content can touch both legal procedures and health questions. The firm needed to approve the material, and review often required revisions and further coordination. Research, references, and appropriate credentials mattered to what could be published and maintained.

I kept the content focused on a bounded set of highly relevant topics. Those pages answered useful questions, linked into the commercial pages, and provided substantive destinations for outreach. Keeping the collection focused also made it practical to maintain as the firm reviewed and updated the material.

Link acquisition was a substantial part of this engagement. A sustained monthly allocation began around the second or third month. The consolidated site gave that investment a common destination, with location and commercial pages supported by the surrounding content.

The early plateau gave way to growth in website and map visibility.

The first month showed little movement. A small rise in the second month was followed by a plateau while outreach was established and content indexed. Growth became more apparent around the third and fourth months, particularly from month four onward. Estimated monthly traffic peaked near 2,200 in late winter or early spring 2026, then settled around 1,500 by May.

Around 300 to 400 estimated monthly visits came from commercial searches in the region. Separately, the Business Profiles improved in position and frequently appeared in the map pack for relevant searches in particular parts of the area.

More of the matters the firm wanted were coming through organic search.

The firm reported attracting types of personal-injury work it had struggled to acquire through paid advertising and was very pleased with the campaign's return. That change in matter acquisition was the commercial result behind the traffic increase.

The reported end-to-end organic visitor-to-signed-client conversion rate also increased from about 0.70% to 0.74%, after roughly two years at the earlier level. This measures the whole path from an organic visitor to a client. The larger contribution came from growth in commercially relevant traffic, alongside the improvement in the rate at which visitors became clients.

Personal-injury SEO starts with the firm's accepted matters and actual market. Here, that meant building one regional website around multiple offices and coordinating it with the firm's local search presence.
