Privacy notice
This notice covers information submitted through the attorney SEO business-enquiry form and the correspondence that may follow.
Controller and contact
Yan Dobromyslov in Portugal is the controller for this processing. To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or to object, email info@attorneyseo.company. You may also complain to the data-protection authority that applies to you.
What is collected and why
The form collects your name, email address, an optional website URL, the problem description you choose to provide, the form source, and technical anti-abuse data needed to process the submission. The attorney SEO practice uses these details to read and answer a voluntary business enquiry, decide whether the requested SEO work may be relevant, and protect the form from abuse. The lawful basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR: responding to a person who has asked about a potential business relationship.
Do not send confidential client, prospective-client, or case information through the form or by email. The practice does not need it to decide whether an SEO conversation is relevant.
Enquiry data is not reused for marketing and is not added to a newsletter or advertising audience.
The homepage cohort calculation processes two aggregate counts only in your browser. Attorney SEO does not receive the entries or write them to cookies or browser storage. Do not enter names or client, prospective-client, or matter facts.
Service providers and recipients
- Local storage and Proton Drive keep the submitted record in a private local SQLite database and restricted backup copies in Proton Drive, where file contents and names are end-to-end encrypted.
- Cloudflare serves the site and runs Turnstile. Turnstile processes network and browser signals needed to distinguish people from automated abuse. Cloudflare acts as the controller's processor when protecting the form and as a separate controller when it uses those signals to improve Turnstile.
- Google delivers an acknowledgement to your submitted email address using your submitted name. It also delivers the controller's minimal operator notification, containing the site, form source, record ID, and submission time but not your form answers, and hosts the mailbox used for replies and privacy requests. If you email or reply to info@attorneyseo.company, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards the message to that Google mailbox. Cloudflare states that Email Routing does not store or access email content.
International processing
The active database remains on private local infrastructure, but the cloud providers and their subprocessors may process information outside the European Economic Area. For restricted transfers, Proton's and Cloudflare's terms provide the applicable contractual safeguards. Cloudflare identifies the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for eligible US transfers; Google identifies adequacy decisions, including that framework, and standard contractual clauses where required. Email info@attorneyseo.company for information about, or a copy of, the safeguard applicable to a particular transfer.
Retention
- The submitted local form record is deleted from active storage 12 months from submission.
- Technical consult-event records contain no form answers and are deleted from active storage after 30 days.
Deleted form records and technical consult-event metadata can remain in local periodic disaster-recovery backups for up to 30 additional days after active deletion. These copies are not used for ordinary operations.
Google stores the minimal operator notification and any resulting email correspondence while they are needed to assess or perform the requested work, handle a privacy request, or establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. No fixed automatic mailbox-deletion schedule is applied. You can request deletion earlier, subject to information that must be retained for a legitimate legal reason.
Your choices and rights
You do not have to submit the form. Depending on the circumstances, data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with Portugal's Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD). A request will be handled through info@attorneyseo.company; enough information may be requested to verify that the request belongs to you.
Changes
This notice will be updated when the form, processors, purposes, or retention practices materially change.
